Condition of products

Our products for sale range in condition from brand new out of the box to gently used with light wear & tear. All products are inspected for functionality, cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery. If you have any specific condition or quality concerns prior to purchasing please reach out to team@loop.baby.

Delivery Information

We offer two convenient ways to get your items! You can choose at checkout between:

1. Door delivery for $40: We bring you the item to you and will bring it to any room in-home that you'd like.

2. Pick up at our warehouse (free!): If you don't want to pay or wait for delivery, picking up at our warehouse is a great option! We'll coordinate a day/time that works for you and meet you curbside with your item. 

Our two warehouse locations are:

Brooklyn, NY: 67 34th street, Brooklyn, NY 11232

Oakland, SF: 8120 Capwell Dr, Oakland, CA 94621. 

Like what you see but don't need it for a while? No problem, we can hold items and schedule delivery/pickup when you're ready. 

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. All products we sell are tested, cleaned, inspected & sanitized by our LoopCare team professionals. If you have any specific condition or quality concerns prior to purchasing please reach out to team@loop.baby. 

 Selling Items to Loop

We do sometimes purchase gently used items from our full rentable catalog (viewable at Loop.baby). Please email team@loop.baby with a description + photos of what you have and we will get back to you.
